What the coordinator will confirm.

  • An 18% service charge applies to party packages, plus tax and safety socks.
  • Groups over 50 active players require a $500 deposit.
  • Outside cake, cupcakes and ice cream are allowed for booked parties that ask in advance; no other outside food.
  • Check in 15 minutes before your window — activities start and end on schedule.
  • Maximum 60 guests per room; ask about adjoining space for larger counts.

How many people can you host?

Up to 60 guests per party room. For larger groups, ask the party coordinator about additional space.

Is there a group discount?

No published group rate exists. Group play is quoted by the coordinator; party packages are priced as listed, and WINTER40 takes $40 off Barnacle Bash through December 31.

When is the deposit required?

Groups over 50 active players require a $500 deposit. Party packages also require pre-authorization of a credit card at check-in.

Can we bring our own food?

Booked parties may bring cake, cupcakes and ice cream when arranged in advance. No other outside food is allowed.

What about safety socks?

Everyone on the play structure needs reusable SeaTopia safety socks, $3.95 per pair. Barnacle Bash includes 22 pairs.
